Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules or you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Failing to show up without notice results in a 100% service charge and may lead to a suspension of future booking privileges.

A valid card is required to hold all appointments. Your card stays securely on file and is only charged if our late arrival, cancellation, or no-show policies apply.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may have their service shortened so the next client isn't kept waiting. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment, depending on the day's schedule.

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional space. Inappropriate, threatening, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. Wicked Esthetics reserves the right to discontinue service at any time if behavior is deemed inappropriate, and applicable service fees will still apply.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted inside the salon (service animals are always welcome). To maintain a peaceful environment, children under 12 may not accompany clients unless receiving a service, and they must never be left unattended.

For the first 24 hours, avoid heat (saunas, intense workouts, hot tubs), scented lotions, and tight synthetic clothing. Your skin needs to breathe. If you’re feeling sensitive, a little aloe goes a long way.

For the best results, stick to a 4–6 week cycle for waxes. This keeps the hair in a consistent growth pattern, which means less pain and smoother skin for longer. Consistency is the secret to that "unfairly good" look.
