1. THE BASICS
Welcome to Wicked Esthetics. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Think of this as the "fine print" that keeps our professional relationship smooth and transparent.

2. APPOINTMENT PROTOCOLS & STUDIO POLICIES
Booking & Card on File: All appointments must be secured via the booking link using a valid credit or debit card. Your card remains securely on file and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, or late arrival policies. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

No-Call, No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notifying will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-call, no-show appointments may result in prepaid appointments or the loss of future booking privileges.

Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving late may have their service shortened to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments. Arriving more than 10 mins late may be considered a missed appointment, depending on the schedule for the day.

Client Conduct Policy: We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and myself. Any form of inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Wicked Esthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a client's behavior is deemed inappropriate. In such cases, applicable service fees may still apply.

3. SERVICE CONSENT & HEALTH
Your safety is the priority. By booking, you acknowledge that:

You have disclosed all relevant health history, skin conditions, and current medications (including topicals like Retin-A or Accutane) during your intake.

You understand the risks associated with esthetic services.

Wicked Esthetics is not liable for adverse reactions if pre- or post-care instructions are not followed.

4. STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Wicked Esthetics is a private, high-end environment. To ensure a focused and relaxing experience for everyone, please arrive solo to your appointment. No additional guests or children are permitted in the studio.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, photography, and design elements on this website are the property of Wicked Esthetics. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wicked Esthetics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of our services or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Allen County, Indiana.
